The IDM Engineer Trainee will implement Identity and Access Management products and provide production support to Identity Management system developed. Complete training (on-job/dedicated) will be provided to the IDM Engineer Trainee on cutting edge Identity and Access Management systems. The selected trainee is expected to be a versatile person and with knowledge of programming languages like Java, C#.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement one or more of the following from the Ping Identity Suite, Oracle IAM Suite, Sail Point IIQ including but not limited to: Ping Federate, Ping Access, Ping ID, Ping One, Ping Directory and Ping Data Governance, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Virtual Directory
• Provide production support to Identity Management system developed
• Develop new solutions/enhancements using Java based on requirements and analysis
• Configure IDM components including resource adapters and synchronization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 0-1 years’ of experience in the IT field
• Working knowledge of the following technologies is desirable: o Firewall Rules, Networking, Application Servers, Web Servers, Active Directory, ADAM (LDS), LDAP, Windows, UNIX
• Ability to resolve or manage production issues
• Experience on configuring federated applications using SAML 2.0 or WSFED, both as service provided and identity provider
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and tune the system
• Strong experience with one or more directories, including Active Directory, OID or Ping Directory
• Working Knowledge of programming language like Java, C# etc
• Strong oral and written communication skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
